In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

By accessing the tdgame Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tdgame with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tdgame will notify registered players of material changes via the email or mobile number associated with their Account where reasonably practicable.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The tdgame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Pakistani players regardless of their location within Pakistan.

3.2 Age Verification Process

tdgame reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point, including but not limited to at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity raises reasonable concern. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by tdgame will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Underage Usage

If tdgame discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered Player is below the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the Account, investigate the matter, and where the suspicion is confirmed: (a) permanently close the Account; (b) void all bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted on the Account; (c) forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, whether comprising real-money or bonus funds; and (d) report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The tdgame Platform is designed for and directed at players located in Pakistan. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. tdgame makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) tdgame Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, CNIC numbers, email addresses, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tdgame will close all associated accounts and may void any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain that information in an up-to-date state throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to a false name, fictitious CNIC number, or incorrect date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tdgame login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. tdgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify tdgame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its Know Your Customer obligations, tdgame may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence verifying your identity, address, and payment method ownership. Standard documentation requested includes a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your Pakistani address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe may be restricted or closed.

• Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Screenshot confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits
• Selfie holding CNIC — may be requested at tdgame's discretion

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tdgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tdgame does not charge any platform-side transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your tdgame Balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. tdgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit and may be updated by tdgame without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from Verified Accounts to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within a few business hours, subject to the receiving bank's clearing timelines. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. tdgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds in the Balance must have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable maximum withdrawal limit in effect at the time of the request.
• The Account must be in good standing — not suspended, restricted, or under investigation.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits offered by tdgame are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated at the point the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and selected slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirement completion. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tdgame actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using another player's credentials to claim bonuses; and any form of collusion between players for the purpose of bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is identified, tdgame reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin rewards that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus validity periods through the Account dashboard.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tdgame are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. tdgame will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where an obvious technical error has occurred that affected the bet's integrity.

7.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

All sports betting markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, Test cricket, and other cricket events — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the tdgame sportsbook section. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, tdgame's specific rules for that scenario will apply. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's balance.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

Casino games including Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and all slot titles are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players should familiarise themselves with the rules and Return to Player (RTP) information before participating. Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within the game interface. tdgame does not guarantee any particular outcome or profitability in any game.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, tdgame will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the interrupted session using server-side logs. Where a session cannot be reconstructed, any stake that was placed and not resolved will be returned to the Player's balance. tdgame shall not be liable for losses allegedly resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tdgame Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any balance or winnings may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or in collusion with others.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in breach of applicable financial crime laws.
• Colluding with other players, tdgame staff, or game providers to manipulate outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law and concealing that fact from tdgame through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tdgame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the tdgame Platform or its underlying software.

tdgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, tdgame encourages players to use the tools available to them.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, the Account will be restricted from all gaming activity and promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

9.2 Deposit & Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their Account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when decreased. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active. tdgame strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively.

9.3 Reality Checks

Players may enable session time reminders that display a notification after a defined period of continuous play, prompting the player to review their gaming activity. These reminders are available in the Account settings section of the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the tdgame Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to tdgame and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to any tdgame intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any tdgame intellectual property without the prior written consent of tdgame. Unauthorised use of tdgame intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tdgame shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if tdgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tdgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. tdgame does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

tdgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with the updated effective date. For material changes, tdgame will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting tdgame support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (subject to wagering requirements having been satisfied and KYC being complete) will be returned to your verified Pakistani payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Account Closure by tdgame

tdgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there has been a material breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or dishonest conduct is suspected or confirmed; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (d) responsible gaming considerations make it appropriate. Where an Account is closed by tdgame for cause, any balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach.

12.4 Governing Standards

tdgame operates in accordance with internationally recognised gaming standards. These Terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with those standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process will be referred to alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures set out in our support documentation.
